Deagan "Professional" Xylophone, Model 870. 3.5 octave (F4 - C8). Note names carved on top face of bars. Metal resonators with interior caps. Wood frame with green felt. Metal tubular legs. Wooden bars are strung, accidentals have rubber tubing separating sets of notes. Metal and rubber pegs on frame separate bars. Patent information badge is on accidental's frame. Manufacturer's information engraved on metal edges of frames. On A4 and A5: "J.C. DEAGAN. INC. / CHICAGO / PATENTED" and on F4 "DEAGAN PROFESSIONAL / NO. 870 / XYLOPHONE" |
