Description |
Two pieces of natural wood, steamed and bent into 11in. circles. In top circle, two sizes of brass tacks holds down skin heads. Tacks evenly spaced, in single line and interspersed L/S. Lower circle held to top circle by two brass underbars and twelve nails that hold jingles between wooden pieces. Jingles are steel, two to each nail. Twelve sets spaced around tambourine with space for handhold. Grooves in wood where edeges of jingles have dug into frame. Head pulling out from underneath tacks. Jingles bent, rust spots. No trade name or marks located on tambourine. |
